The Village is connected to the mainland solely by the Surfside Bridge. There is no second route on or off the island.
The Village maintains its own local government, administrative services and public safety operations.
Everything else on the island, the golf course, the club, is private and not open to the public.
Indian Creek Village sits within Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and assignment is by property address.
The district also runs magnet and choice programs open to students outside their assigned zone, each with its own application window.
Send us the address you are considering and we will look up the assigned schools. Which school suits your child is your decision.
Indian Creek has roughly fifteen households. At that size the Census Bureau’s margins of error are enormous, the population figure of 39 carries a margin wide enough to swallow it, and median household income is suppressed entirely because too few households report.
So treat the table above as an indication of scale, not as precise measurement. Anyone presenting exact statistics for a place this small is overstating what the data can support.
You will not find a price table on this page.
With roughly twenty housing units on the island, a year can pass with no public sale at all. Any average calculated from that would describe one or two houses, not the village.
What does change hands is generally handled privately, and often never reaches a public listing site.
So tell us what you are looking for, and we will tell you what is actually available and what the village requires of an owner.
Tell us what you are looking for, and we’ll tell you what is available, what has recently traded, and what each building or association requires of an owner.
