Florida Relocation Services

Where in Florida Should You Live?

I do one thing: help you decide where in Florida to live, before you start seriously shopping for a home.

Comparing Florida cities with published data
Step 1

Compare the cities you’re weighing

You pick the places. We bring the numbers.

Tell us the two or three places you’re already considering and we pull the published numbers for each one, side by side: what homes are actually selling for and how that has moved, what your occupation pays in that labor market, property taxes, and the school grades the state publishes. Numbers, not opinions, so the financial side of the decision is one you can actually see.

Don’t have your list yet? Start with Explore Florida, then come back with the two or three places you want compared.

A licensed local Realtor, matched to you
Step 2

A licensed local Realtor, matched to you

The part that decides how your purchase goes.

We match you with a Realtor who actually works the area you are looking at, not one covering half the state. Someone on those streets every day has the best chance of knowing the things that decide what daily life is like and what a property holds its value at: the traffic at school run, which blocks drain after a hard rain, what is being built nearby. You get the local detail, and you decide.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Florida Relocation Desk work?
You tell us the two or three areas you are already considering. We build you a comparison report from published data, prices and how they have moved, wages, property taxes and state school grades, and then match you with a licensed local Realtor when you are ready to see homes.
What does your help cost?
Our service costs the buyer nothing. Our fee comes from the brokerage side of the transaction, never from you, and it does not change the service you receive.
Which areas of Florida do you cover?
All of Florida, Miami to the Panhandle. We research any area in the state and introduce you to a licensed agent who works that specific market.
Do you help me buy the home too?
No. We introduce you to a licensed local agent who handles showings, offers and the contract. Real estate is always local, so we look for an agent who knows that market street by street.
How do I get started?
Use the contact page. Tell us the two or three areas you are already considering, where you're moving from, and your budget, and we'll start your comparison report.

How we help

A neighborhood can feel like a good fit before the numbers have been read. Looking at how a market has behaved over time shows where it stands today, so the financial side of the decision is as clear as the personal one.

  1. A comparative market analysis. The areas you are considering, measured on the same terms and set side by side, using data from a trusted third-party provider. Delivered as a written report.
  2. The Florida Home Buyer Guide. The questions worth asking before an offer, in English and Portuguese.
  3. A Realtor report and an introduction. When you are ready, a Realtor report on licensed agents who work that market, followed by an introduction, with the questions to raise in your first conversation.

Free for buyers. We never ask for a credit card or any payment details.
